Vietnamese-Style Banh Mi Sandwich with Pickled Carrot Sticks

sliced cooked pork

fresh cilantro leaves

sliced cucumber

sliced jalapeño peppers

aioli

The steps to follow |

Slice the baguette open lengthwise.  Lightly toast the bread.

Spread a generous layer of aioli on both halves of the bread.

On the bottom half of the bread, layer the sliced cooked pork

Arrange a generous amount of pickled carrot sticks over the protein layer.

Top with sliced cucumber, fresh cilantro leaves, and sliced jalapeño peppers.

Drizzle O.G.S. blend over the fillings for added flavor.

Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread. 

Cut the banh mi sandwich into smaller portions, if desired, and serve immediately.
