Spring Blossom Herbal Green Tea Mocktail with Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade

For the Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice

For the Spring Blossom Herbal Green Tea Infusion:

  • 2 tablespoons loose-leaf Spring Blossom herbal green tea 
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup 
  • Ice

For the Mocktail:

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemonade 
  • 1 cup Spring Blossom herbal green tea infusion 
  • Lemon slices and edible flowers for garnish 
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish 
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade:
  • Juice the Lemons: Squeeze the juice from your lemons into a measuring cup, straining out any seeds or pulp.
  • Make the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add Water: Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the lemonade until it's nice and cold.
  1. Brew the Spring Blossom Herbal Green Tea Infusion:
  • Steep the Tea: Place the loose-leaf tea in a tea infuser or directly into a cup. Pour hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you want the tea.
  • Sweeten (Optional): If you prefer a sweeter tea, stir in honey or agave syrup while the tea is still warm.
  • Cool the Tea: Remove the tea leaves or infuser and let the tea cool to room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator if desired.

  • Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix together the chilled lemonade and the chilled herbal green tea infusion.
  • Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish: Garnish with lemon slices, edible flowers, and fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of elegance.
