Holiday Season Champagne Punch

Groceries |

  • 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier 
  • 1 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs and mint leaves for garnish

The steps to follow |

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka or rum (if using), and Grand Marnier or Triple Sec. Stir well to combine.

  2. Just before serving, pour in the chilled Champagne and ginger ale or sparkling water to add bubbles. Give it a gentle stir.

  3. Add the fresh cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs to the punch bowl for a festive touch.

  4. Ladle the punch into glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of rosemary or mint for extra holiday flair.

Tips:

  • Substitute sparkling water or ginger ale for Champagne and omit the vodka for a non-alcoholic version.
  • Freeze cranberries and orange slices in advance to keep the punch cold without diluting it.
  • Consider freezing a ring of ice (with cranberries and rosemary inside) to keep the punch chilled and beautiful!
